[Remote] Oracle Cloud Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ora Apps Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations. The role manages enterprise cloud migrations for U.S. public-sector and higher-education environments, leading cross-functional teams, client relationships, governance, compliance, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of Oracle Cloud implementation projects (ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM) from scope/discovery through go-live and support
- Ensure solutions align with federal, state, or local government compliance, security requirements, and procurement standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, agency leads, and vendor partners
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and change management strategies
- Guide cross-functional teams of technical architects, functional consultants, and client personnel
Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise Oracle Cloud (SaaS/PaaS) implementations
- Proven track record managing IT/ERP projects for US Federal, State, Local Government, or Higher Education clients
- Deep understanding of public sector business processes (Fund Accounting, Grant Management, Procurement, Civil Service HR)
- PMP (required)
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies (Oracle Modern Best Practice, AIM/OUM)
- Superior communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Application certifications (strongly preferred)
