[Remote] Oracle EBS Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Diverse Lynx is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager to lead mobility rollout initiatives across multiple sites and business units. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end rollout planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing testing and deployment activities, and managing governance, risks, stakeholders, and post-go-live support.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Mobility rollout projects
- Manage project plans, schedules, resources, and deployment roadmaps
- Coordinate functional, technical, business, infrastructure, and testing teams
- Manage SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Lead project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Support multi-site deployments and rollout activities
Skills
- 8+ years of Oracle EBS Project/Program Management experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong recent experience with Oracle EBS R12/R12.2
- Experience managing Oracle EBS implementation and rollout projects
- Strong experience with:
- Oracle WMS
- Oracle MSCA
- Oracle Inventory (INV)
- Oracle Order Management (OM)
- Shipping Execution
- Experience managing multi-site or global ERP rollouts
- Experience with SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare
- Strong RAID management and stakeholder management experience
- Experience leading onsite, offshore, technical, functional, and business teams
- Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies
- This position is 100% REMOTE; however, LIMITED TRAVEL may be required for site deployments, testing, go-live, and hypercare support.
- This is NOT a generic Project Manager role. Candidates must have recent hands-on Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 project delivery experience
