[Remote] Platform Implementation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brightidea is seeking a hands-on Platform Implementation Consultant to build, configure, and optimize its platform for clients. The role focuses on maintaining environments, troubleshooting issues, supporting integrations and data flows, performing QA, making front-end adjustments, documenting solutions, and partnering with consultants across client projects.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Brightidea environments (workflows, forms, system setup)
- Troubleshoot issues and implement fast, practical solutions
- Perform QA and testing to ensure high-quality delivery
- Support API integrations and data flows between systems
- Handle front-end adjustments (formatting, layouts, content cleanup)
- Document solutions and create simple client trainings
- Partner with consultants across multiple client projects
Skills
- Experience in SaaS, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Implementation roles
- The ability and desire to improve process with AI
- Comfortable with web basics (HTML, CSS, light JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a “figure it out” mindset
- Detail-oriented with solid QA/testing instincts
- Able to manage multiple tasks and move quickly
- Exposure to SaaS implementations or platform configuration
- Experience documenting processes or creating internal guides
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Experience working with APIs or integrations (preferred)
