[Remote] Pricing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EXL is seeking a Pricing Manager to support its pricing and data analysis teams through anticipated changes to interchange rates. The role analyzes complex card data sets, evaluates payment economics and portfolio profitability, and provides insights to inform client interchange pricing strategy while coordinating project execution and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution, Optimize project processes and resources, Ensure project deliverables meet requirements, Provide technical support, Collaborate with stakeholders
Skills
- Experience with interchange optimization, pricing strategy, or network economics
- Knowledge of Network interchange programs and rate structures
- Advanced analytics skills, primary focus in Excel
- Project/program management
- Experience evaluating portfolio profitability and payment economics
- Background supporting card migrations, product conversions, or portfolio strategy initiatives
- Strong understanding of issuer and acquirer economics
- Regulatory and network compliance experience related to interchange and card products
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. manage and synthesize large data sets - pivot tables)
- Strong communication skills – including executive presentations and strategy recommendations
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
