[Remote] Product Engineering Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Arkhya Tech. Inc. is hiring a strategic, client-facing AI Product Engineering Practice Leader to build and scale its US practice. The role is responsible for practice strategy, AI and enterprise architecture consulting, solution development, pre-sales, executive engagement, and commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the AI Product Engineering practice, including strategy, offerings, market positioning, and revenue growth
- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs to define AI/GenAI transformation and modernization strategies
- Lead client discovery, solution architecture, proposals, executive presentations, and pre-sales engagements
- Translate business objectives into scalable cloud-native, microservices, event-driven, and agent-ready architectures
- Develop AI Product Engineering offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable IP
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, governed, and production-ready
- Build long-term executive relationships and drive repeatable, referenceable business wins
Skills
- 15–18+ years of experience in AI/digital product engineering, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, or technology consulting
- Proven leadership in large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong C-suite client engagement, consulting, and pre-sales experience
- Strong technical understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM platforms, cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, LLM gateways, MLOps/LLMOps, and enterprise integration patterns
- Knowledge of MCP and modern AI agent architectures is highly desirable
- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills
- Practice Leader, AI/GenAI Leader, Enterprise Architect, Digital Transformation Leader, or Technology Consulting Executive who can combine deep technical expertise with client advisory, pre-sales, practice building, and commercial leadership
- Domain experience in Retail/CPG, BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecom is preferred
