[Remote] Product Performance Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. S&P Global provides software, data, and services through its Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market Intelligence. The Product Performance Analyst will support Product Operations by improving tools, processes, analytics, AI solutions, and workflow automations across the Product Development Lifecycle. The role will also help maintain product performance reporting and collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams on operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Operations tools, including Aha!, Pendo, Replit, and other AI-enabled platforms
• Assist with AI solutions, prototypes, and workflow automations that improve Product Management efficiency and streamline the PDLC
• Help maintain product health dashboards, adoption metrics, and reporting to support data-driven decisions
• Document Product Management processes, standards, and best practices
• Identify opportunities to optimize Product Management workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Support the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new Product Operations tools and AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives and continuous improvement

Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Related work experience in Product Management, Product Operations or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and AI tools
• Familiarity with tools such as Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Replit, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus
