[Remote] Program Director Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National Computer Systems is seeking a Program Director/Senior Program Manager to lead a large, complex program. The role involves project delivery, organizational leadership, software development lifecycle oversight, human resource management, executive collaboration, management of eight workstreams, and engagement with more than 300 technology and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Program Director with demonstrated experience in project management, organizational leadership, the software development lifecycle and human resource management
- 15+ yrs project delivery
- Independently motivated. Able to distill complex topics into actionable tasks. Create clarity amidst ambiguity
- Program Director / Sr. Program Manager role which includes extensive leadership skills, working across multiple executives, managing 8 workstreams, and extensive interaction with business stakeholders
- Program spans over 300 stakeholders: 150 on the tech side and 150 on the business side
