[Remote] Program Lead / Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 7N is seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Program Lead to take ownership of a major implementation program. The role leads the implementation through go-live and stabilization, manages stakeholders, risks, timelines, delivery, solution validation, and the implementation partner, while driving executive decision-making and ERP maturity.
Responsibilities
- Lead a complex NetSuite ERP implementation through go-live and stabilization
- Own program planning, stakeholder management, risks, timelines, and delivery
- Challenge and validate solution designs, configurations, and integrations
- Provide oversight across Field Service, CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition
- Manage the relationship with the NetSuite implementation partner
- Work directly with C-level leaders to drive decisions and execution
Skills
- • Proven success leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations
- • Strong experience with NetSuite Field Service Management and CPQ
- • Solid understanding of ERP processes across finance, operations, sales, and service delivery
- • Ability to challenge assumptions and identify implementation risks early
- • Experience managing executive stakeholders and external partners
- • Hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
- Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to New Jersey and other project locations
- • Experience recovering challenged ERP programs
- • Background in field services, technical services, healthcare, scientific, or project-based environments
- • Understanding of revenue recognition and project accounting
