[Remote] Program Management SME
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RLink Solutions is hiring a Program Management SME for a short-term project focused on project management, PMO execution, scheduling, delivery workflows, and AI evaluation. The role develops, validates, and evaluates project management workflows and AI-generated deliverables, including schedules, reports, dependency models, and implementation playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate project schedules, Gantt charts, dashboards, and dependency models
- Apply critical path and dependency management principles
- Create and review project status reports, RAID logs, project charters, and implementation playbooks
- Translate project management methodologies and scheduling logic into structured rules and spreadsheet formulas
- Review and evaluate AI-generated project plans, schedules, status reports, and other project deliverables
- Design realistic project management scenarios and workflows
- Validate reference assets and provide feedback to improve AI-generated outputs
- Participate in delivery reviews and quality assessments
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management, PMO execution, or delivery leadership
- Strong hands-on experience with Gantt scheduling, critical path, dependency management, and status reporting
- Experience developing or working with project onboarding and implementation playbooks
- Strong professional writing and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex project management logic into structured parameters and spreadsheet formulas
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Personal computer/laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection
- Weekend on-call availability is required
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana , or similar project management tools
- Experience reviewing or evaluating AI-generated project plans or status reports
- Experience in AI training, evaluation, data annotation, or quality assurance is a plus
