[Remote] Program Management Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VySystems is seeking an experienced Program Manager or Project Manager for a remote C2C opportunity focused on LSG, the E1 Platform, and eCommerce. The role coordinates eCommerce product launches, ERP integrations, compliance activities, stakeholders, risks, testing, deployments, and project planning.
Responsibilities
- Strong familiarity with LSG processes, LSG mechanisms, and the E1 Platform is essential
- Hands-on experience with: EDI Setup, Drop Shipping, SKU / Product Launches, Product Onboarding
- Experience with ERP-to-eCommerce integrations, system interfaces, data flows, and integrations
- Experience with: Regulatory Compliance, Trade Compliance, Export-Control Requirements
- Strong experience in: Stakeholder Management, Risk & Dependency Management, Integration & Testing Coordination, Deployment Readiness, Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Ability to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between AIG projects and LSG teams, while managing multiple projects, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholders
- Experience supporting initial project cost estimation, planning, and project coordination
