[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BayOne Solutions is seeking a Product Operations Program Manager focused on AI and automation. The role supports leadership teams, manages operational programs and multiple workstreams, tracks budgets and metrics, and drives process improvements and workflow automation.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, Business Operations, Enablement, Chief of Staff, or a similar operations-focused role
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and execute quickly with minimal direction
- Experience supporting leadership teams and managing operational programs from planning through completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with senior leaders, Executive Assistants, and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience managing budgets, tracking program metrics, and supporting operational decision-making
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with reporting and dashboard tools
- Strong interest and demonstrated experience in process improvement, AI, workflow automation, or operational efficiency
- Comfortable learning and implementing new technology and automation platforms
