[Remote] Program Manager

They are seeking a PMO Program Manager to support the Infrastructure Enterprise Asset Management workstream through structured project governance, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and delivery of asset-intensive infrastructure initiatives.

- Influence without authority and navigate competing priorities effectively
Skills
- -Bachelor's degree/equivalent and eight+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environments
- -Knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes
- -Experience working within formal project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, stage-gate)
- -Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- -Experience with rail infrastructure/linear assets
- -Experience with enterprise work management systems such as Maximo
- -Familiarity with reliability, condition-based maintenance, or performance analytics
- -Relevant certifications (PMP and/or asset management certifications such as IAM or ISO 55000)
