[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential company’s Marketing Science consulting and insights function helps advertisers understand performance and identify opportunities for growth through measurement, media strategy, and data science. The Program Manager will operate the System Intelligence Program, design AI-driven coordination workflows, establish operating processes, coordinate cross-pod dependencies, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver cross-cutting projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational backbone of the System Intelligence Program, a shared resource for all pod leads and the Program Lead

- Coordinate cross-pod dependencies, surface conflicts, broker solutions, and track resolution
- Facilitate stakeholder relationships with partner teams in Marketing Science, Sales, and Product
- Own and deliver cross-cutting projects that span multiple pods
Skills
- 5 years of program management experience, ideally in technology, marketing, or analytics organizations
- Track record of driving alignment and outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority: influencing, being firm with requests, and ensuring follow-through
- History of building structure and process in environments that didn't have it, in ambiguous, fast-moving conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write status reports, playbooks, and stakeholder communications constantly, and influence senior leaders
- Systems-thinking orientation: you see your job as building the machine, not being it
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt engineering, agent orchestration, automation design)
- Track record of defining new functions, operating models, or organizational capabilities in emerging technology domains
- Experience in the marketing and advertising ecosystem
