[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BayOne Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic leadership across complex portfolios and enterprise initiatives. The role leads project governance, transformation efforts, executive communication, risk management, and organizational change for a remote contract engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and govern multiple related projects or major strategic initiatives
- Partner with executives to translate strategy into executable roadmaps
- Provide oversight, guidance, and direction to Senior Project Managers and project teams
- Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, enterprise risks, and resource constraints
- Drive enterprise-wide delivery consistency, best practices, and capability maturity
- Lead large-scale business transformation or process reengineering initiatives
- Influence policy, tooling, and governance decisions within the VMO
- Represent project delivery status, risks, and recommendations at executive and board levels
- Champion change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 12+ years of project and/or program management experience
- Demonstrated leadership of large programs, portfolios, or enterprise transformations
- Deep knowledge of financial services, technology, or comparable complex industries
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and leadership presence
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- PMP
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Agile Coach, or equivalent
