[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational scalability, process optimization, and AI-enabled business transformation. The role involves identifying business needs, developing scalable solutions, improving workflows and systems, and driving programs from concept through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and delivery
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business objectives, gather requirements, and translate needs into scalable solutions
- Prioritize competing requests and initiatives based on business impact, urgency, and strategic alignment
- Drive process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve operational performance
- Support and enhance business systems, including Salesforce-based workflows, portals, automation frameworks, and escalation processes
- Design and implement scalable operational programs capable of supporting high volumes of interactions and stakeholder engagement
- Establish processes, reporting mechanisms, and governance structures that enable sustainable growth
- Leverage AI technologies and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and increase team productivity
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution

- * Prior experience working with startups, startup ecosystems, or rapidly growing organizations
