[Remote] Program Manager 5

The Program Manager 5 oversees the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of functional business programs, partnering with business leaders to drive scalable, financially sound initiatives. The role also leads change management, measures program impact, and mentors program managers.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes overall strategy and vision for initiatives and programs owned
• Works closely with functional business leaders to develop effective partnership models for scoping and rolling out programs
• Acts as a subject matter expert in at least one functional area
• Works across organizational boundaries to define the bar for program management practices and help teams achieve those goals
• Guides design and direction of the program components, while aiming at scalability and global reach
• Hires and mentors Program Managers across the organization
• Models the financial implication of new programs, designs features, delivery approaches, etc. to enable profitable decisions for the organization
• Measures the program's return on investment, impact, and success
• Develops organizational change-management plans in partnership with all relevant stakeholders; Conducts stakeholder analysis and considers & proactively addresses the needs of everyone affected by the change
• Drives change management effectively to ensure the program's success
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
• May supervise the activities of others
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
