[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager leads teams supporting company growth and client delivery, using structured project management methods to achieve program objectives, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality. The role also manages stakeholders, advises clients on strategic direction, and identifies growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Exhibits stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Effective communication skills, collaborating with stakeholders for changes to program scope, timeline, or budget
- Utilizes influential skills to translate client vision and drive project activities to successful outcomes, with the ability to shape client success outcomes and metrics
- Serves as a trusted partner, and advises client on strategic vision and direction
- Recognizes issues and conflicts and problem solves solutions, strategically turning barriers into opportunities
- Negotiates outcomes and agreements that benefit the project and company
- Advanced ability to partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities
Skills
- * 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects
- * Working knowledge of Federal program execution
- * Demonstrated experience leading complex technology or data projects

- - US Residency for at least the past 3 years
- - Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation
