[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ACE Partners is seeking a Program Manager, Operations to lead cross-functional programs from concept through delivery and connect R&D with manufacturing. The role owns timelines, resources, customer communication, compliance, performance tracking, and operational planning across multiple concurrent programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs across R&D, engineering, quality, and manufacturing from concept through delivery
- Own program timelines, milestones, and resourcing across multiple concurrent customer programs
- Act as the primary point of coordination between R&D teams and manufacturing operations
- Build and maintain prioritization frameworks to keep programs moving and resources aligned with real demand
- Drive KPI development and performance tracking to give leadership real-time visibility into program health
- Partner with Quality and Regulatory to keep programs compliant and audit-ready throughout
- Support capital and facility planning tied to program and operational growth
- Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in medical device manufacturing or a regulated environment
- Proven experience leading cross-functional programs without direct authority over all team members
- Strong track record of process improvement, prioritization, or operational excellence work
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders at once
- Operations experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
- Experience working closely with R&D teams on new product introduction
