[Remote] Program Manager – EMR Modernization
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MCD Global Health is a public health organization working to improve health and well-being through program development, implementation, and evaluation. The Program Manager will lead EMR modernization initiatives for more than 70 rural healthcare organizations in Maine by providing technical assistance, managing implementation activities, and supporting provider engagement and workflow redesign.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate provider implementation activities

- Conduct readiness assessments
- Facilitate project planning

- Coordinate vendor communications
- Monitor implementation progress
- Develop educational resources

- Escalate implementation risks
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–7 years of healthcare IT experience
- EMR implementation experience
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of interoperability preferred
