The company is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support an Application Security team by coordinating code hygiene and operational ownership programs, managing meetings and documentation, and tracking and communicating program progress, risks, blockers, and key results.
Responsibilities
- Work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs)
- Set up program meetings and communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders
- Proactively and independently research, experiment, and solve problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast
Skills
- You must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles or similar
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs)
- Experience setting up program meetings and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders
- IQL or SQL and strong analytical skills
- Strong ability to work as a self-starter
- Proactively and independently researches, experiments, and solves problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Advanced Japanese skills
- Application Security domain knowledge
