[Remote] Program Manager Senior
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avum Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the execution and delivery of its largest contracts. The role manages daily operations, risks, client relationships, subcontractors, program roadmaps, reporting, and compliance with federal contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support program execution and delivery by overseeing daily operations and workstream coordination
- Manage risk and issue identification, documentation, and mitigation tracking
- Serve as key liaison between government clients and internal delivery teams
- Drive advancement of program roadmap and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate subcontractor performance and deliverable tracking
- Prepare program status reports, metrics, and executive briefings
- Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, CDRL schedules, and quality standards
Skills
- • U.S. citizenship required
- • Security clearance: Active Secret clearance required or ability to obtain
- • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- • 8+ years of program/project management experience in federal IT
- • PMP certification
- • Active Secret clearance
- • U.S. citizenship required
- • Experience with DoD contract management and CPARS
- • Master's degree
- • SAFe certification
- • Experience with Navy/DoD procurement programs
- • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
