[Remote] Program Manager, Strategic Operations

The Program Manager, Strategic Operations will play a key role in aligning stakeholders and optimizing resources to ensure programs deliver measurable value, collaborating closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end management of strategic initiatives, from concept through execution and measurement
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define program goals, KPIs, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with teams across product, engineering, finance, operations, marketing, and HR to ensure alignment and progress
• Change Management: Identify organizational change impacts and develop strategies to ensure smooth adoption and implementation
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track
• Communication: Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, including status reports, dashboards, and business impact summaries
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to program frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance effectiveness and scalability
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of program management experience, ideally in a strategic or cross-functional capacity
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex initiatives on time and within scope
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, operational efficiency, and change management
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in program management tools, such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
• Experience in management consulting or a corporate strategy role
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies
• Ability to influence and drive decision-making across senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
