[Remote] Program Manager – Training Activation
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trilyon, Inc. is hiring a Program Manager – Training Activation to support enterprise customers with Data and AI talent transformation and customer enablement. The role involves managing learning plans, coordinating training delivery, leading customer engagement activities, and driving adoption of enablement investments in partnership with technical and account teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage enterprise-wide learning plans for strategic customers
- Partner with customer learning, enablement and business leaders
- Coordinate instructors, curriculum, certification and training delivery
- Lead customer kickoffs, enrollment campaigns, progress reviews and QBRs
- Drive adoption and utilization of enablement investments
- Partner with technical and account teams to align learning with business priorities
- Help customers accelerate their Data & AI transformation journey
Skills
- 5+ years in Program Management, Customer Success, Training, Learning or Enablement
- Experience working with enterprise/strategic customers
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Experience building learning, training or enablement programs
- Exposure to AI, Data Science, Big Data, Machine Learning or Cloud
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
