[Remote] Programmer Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Programmer Analyst will develop, test, maintain, and customize integrations within the IFS ERP system, while supporting databases, reporting, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and ERP enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scripts and integrations within the IFS ERP system
- Design and build custom fields, events, and modules within IFS ERP
- Integrate IFS ERP with third-party systems using APIs and middleware
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and regression testing
- Create and optimize database objects, including tables, views, and stored procedures
- Write and code databases using PL/SQL and T-SQL
- Build and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Create report schemas using Developer studio
- Design report layouts using Report designer
- Troubleshoot existing systems and APIs, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Respond to support ticket requests within established IT support timeframes
- Perform user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality of ERP enhancements
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned projects
- Manage competing priorities across multiple tasks
- Assist in documenting technical processes, user guides, and system architecture
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Stay current with trends in ERP development, .NET technologies, and database tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on application development experience in an IFS ERP required
- Strong ability to stay organized with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong experience with SQL Server, SSRS, ASP.NET, and HTML
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and .NET Core development
- Solid understanding of the software development cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for ERP systems and API
- His position is fully remote, meaning you will perform your work from a home office or another approved location rather than a traditional company office
