[Remote] Project Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Project Analyst to support project teams through analysis and operational coordination. The role focuses on job setups, rate changes, production entry, customer invoicing, job cost and variance analysis, and interpreting data to improve project processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage processes effectively and apply expertise to ensure completion of work assignments
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of processes or procedures
- Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project
- Read, interpret, input, and analyze data in support of an assigned department/project
Skills
- At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of accounting/business practices, ability to use a computer (Microsoft Excel type programs), and an understanding of how to interpret and analyze data
- * Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4 years of related work experience
- * Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
- * Advanced proficiency in your assigned function, example (Accounting, Engineering, Project Mgmt, etc.)
- * Authorized to work in the United States
