Remote Project Assistant
Job Title: Remote Project Assistant Monthly Pay: $4,600 – $5,200 Summary: The Remote Project Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and coordination support to help projects stay on schedule and well organized. This position assists with task tracking, meeting coordination, documentation, communications, and routine project follow-up. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple assignments while collaborating with a distributed remote team. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist project teams with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
- Maintain project trackers, task lists, schedules, and shared documentation.
- Monitor assigned deadlines, milestones, and outstanding action items.
- Coordinate project meetings, calls, and internal check-ins.
- Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and routine project documentation.
- Organize digital project files and ensure information remains easy to access.
- Follow up with team members regarding assigned tasks and pending deliverables.
- Communicate project updates and scheduling changes to appropriate team members.
- Assist with gathering information needed for project reports and internal reviews.
- Support project managers and team leads with additional administrative priorities as needed.
