[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optomi, in partnership with an industry-leading organization, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity, and infrastructure initiatives. The role will manage projects through the full implementation lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams, and oversee dependencies, risks, timelines, resources, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Driving projects through the full implementation lifecycle while coordinating across security, infrastructure, technical, and business teams
- Leading highly visible IAM, cybersecurity, and infrastructure implementations
- Taking ownership of complex projects from planning through implementation and delivery
- Working across security, infrastructure, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Managing multiple technical workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Driving projects that directly impact enterprise security and access management
Skills
- Strong IT Project Management experience within cybersecurity and/or infrastructure environments
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementations
- Experience leading multiple IAM/security workstreams rather than solely implementing individual MFA or SSO solutions
- Knowledge of IAM technologies and concepts, including SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and access management
- Experience managing additional cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives, such as firewall or network security projects
- Strong understanding of technical project dependencies, risks, timelines, resources, and implementation activities
- Experience working with cross-functional security, infrastructure, engineering, application, and business teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to drive accountability across project teams
- Experience with Smartsheet and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while maintaining visibility into status, risks, issues, and milestones
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
