[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TSR Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join its dynamic team. The role leads medium-to-large, cross-functional initiatives across Product and Engineering, translating strategy into execution while managing risks, dependencies, communication, and organizational readiness. The position is remote and involves Agile delivery practices, Jira, and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Own planning and execution for medium-to-large cross-functional initiatives
- Develop integrated project plans that align teams around shared objectives and milestones
- Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, QA, Operations, and business partners
- Ensure delivery of intended business outcomes, not only task completion
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans with timelines and dependencies
- Monitor project health, manage risks proactively, and remove obstacles
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders and lead key ceremonies
- Surface tradeoffs with recommendations to enable informed decisions
- Plan and coordinate organizational readiness for significant releases
- Promote consistent PM practices and contribute to PMO process improvement
Skills
- Strong PM fundamentals in planning, scheduling, scope, risk, and stakeholder communication
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in Agile or hybrid environments
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations and align teams
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; hands-on Agile team experience
- Comfort partnering with engineering teams and managing technical dependencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
- 3–7 years of project or program management experience
- Scope management
- Evaluating metrics to track project performance
- Controlling schedule and budget impacts
- Mitigating risks proactively
- Leading agile teams of engineers as a scrum master/project manager
- Experience with software or SaaS product development
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar collaboration tools
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or similar certifications
