[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Medsien is a healthcare SaaS company providing scalable remote care management technology and services. The Project Manager will lead strategic, cross-functional projects from concept through execution by developing project plans, coordinating teams, driving accountability, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- You will support strategic initiatives across the organization by leading projects from concept through execution
- You will develop project plans from the ground up, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive accountability, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered successfully
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in project management or project coordination
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and solve problems independently
- A strategic thinker who can see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Comfortable building project plans, processes, and documentation from the ground up
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is preferred but not required
