[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Turing is a research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a partner for enterprises deploying advanced AI systems. The Project Manager will design and evaluate project management scenarios to help assess and improve AI systems, documenting scheduling, risk assessment, resource allocation, and performance tracking. The role also involves evaluating AI responses and collaborating with researchers on project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve real-world project management and coordination scenarios to test AI reasoning
- Write clear, structured explanations covering project scheduling, risk assessment, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with industry project management frameworks
- Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of PMI’s PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
Skills
- Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, particularly at the level expected for professional project managers leading cross-functional teams and complex technical or scientific initiatives
- • No prior AI experience is required
- • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Coordinator, or Project Management Specialist
- • Background in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- • Excellent English communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain structured processes clearly
