[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Oscar is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major power delivery projects across the Western United States. The role is responsible for delivering substation and transmission line projects while managing project performance, client relationships, budgets, schedules, teams, contracts, financials, and risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead substation and/or transmission projects from award through completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, scope, contracts and overall performance
- Coordinate engineering, construction, subcontractors, vendors and clients
- Monitor project financials, forecasting, change orders and risk
- Lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to contractual requirements
Skills
- Proven Project Management experience within the power/utility industry
- Direct experience delivering substation and/or transmission line projects
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules and client relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Candidates can be based across Utah, Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho and surrounding Western states
- Civil or Electrical Engineering backgrounds preferred
