[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role involves managing schedules and risks, coordinating activities across product, engineering, UX, architecture, QA, operations, and other business partners, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and Agile teams.
Responsibilities

- Proactive Management: Proactively identifies risks and dependencies
- Accountability & Ownership: Drives accountability across teams and takes ownership to move complex initiatives forward
- Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and communicating clearly when something is off track
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable digging in with Agile teams of software developers and product managers
- Collaborative Nature: This is a highly collaborative role - the person cannot work in a silo
- Critical Skill: Communication and coordination across multiple teams is essential

Skills
- 3-7 years of Project Management or Program Management experience
- Strong experience across Agile, Hybrid, or Traditional delivery environments
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience supporting SaaS product development
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
- Scheduling
- Risk management
- Stakeholder communication
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams, including:

- PMP certification is a "nice to have"/added advantage
