[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The client is a national managed IT services provider delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and strategic consulting services to small and midsize businesses. The Project Manager will oversee the execution and delivery of technology projects for mid-market clients, managing a high-volume portfolio while driving schedule, scope, budget, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage a concurrent portfolio of 30–35 technology projects from kickoff through completion for mid-market clients (typically ~400 seats)
- Coordinate cross-functional technical engineers, third-party vendors, and customer stakeholders to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget
- Own and drive project tracks spanning Microsoft 365 procurement, cloud migrations, cybersecurity rollouts, IT assessments/gap reviews, AI deployments, and hardware refreshes
- Lead without formal authority, establishing trusted advisor relationships with clients while balancing business objectives and expectations
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage escalations, and maintain detailed, accurate project plans and documentation
Skills
- 3–7+ years of client-facing project management experience
- Demonstrated track record of managing a high volume of multiple concurrent technology projects through full execution
- Professional background in IT consulting, managed services, or a B2B technology environment
- Authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship / H-1B transfer is not available for this role)
- Hands-on experience with project management and PSA tools such as ConnectWise, Microsoft Project, GUIDEcx, Smartsheet, or Jira
- Familiarity and experience managing cloud migrations, M365 deployments, and cybersecurity implementation projects
