[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Viz.ai is a healthcare technology company that builds and deploys AI-powered Care Pathways to help doctors detect disease earlier and coordinate care. The Project Manager will coordinate and manage the installation of Viz.ai products at customer facilities, overseeing implementation timelines, budgets, client expectations, training, and project reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support concurrent implementation projects
- Utilize standard project documentation and tracking
- Ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations
- Conduct client-facing training sessions in-person and remotely
- Provide regular reporting on project status, deliverables, risks and issues
Skills
- • 3+ years medical software and system implementation experience
- • Knowledge of DICOM and networking standards, as well as hospital workflows
- • Experience with leveraging AI tools / solutions to increase job output efficiency and repetitive task automation
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; comfortable in a client-facing role
- • Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare discipline, information systems and/or equivalent knowledge and experience is required
- • Limited travel, project-dependent
