[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Osmose provides resiliency, assessment, and restoration services for electric transmission, distribution, and telecommunications companies. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, budget, and oversee utility steel structure projects, managing schedules, costs, contracts, issues, and customer-facing activities throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contracted work scope specifications
• Track, manage and resolve project issues as they arise throughout the project life cycle
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients
• Formulate reports by extracting required data from various sources concerning such areas as work progress, costs and scheduling, for internal and external distribution
• Implement and adhere to the project management process and methodology
• Work with contract administrators to manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the customer
• Represent company in customer facing project meetings and attend strategy meetings
• Track and reconcile revenue, cost of goods, accruals, and customer invoices using principles of cost accounting

Skills

• Must be currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
• 3-7 years of proven Project Management experience
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical degree preferred (computer science, mathematics, statistics, business or other mathematical field plus
• Utility or utility services industry management preferred
• PMP/PMI certification
