[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Metric DCX is hiring an experienced Traveling Project Manager for a major data center construction project in Minneapolis. The role owns project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedule, budget, quality, safety, subcontractors, financials, risk, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project delivery and performance
- Manage schedule, budget, cost, quality, and safety
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Manage project financials, forecasting, and risk
- Partner with field and preconstruction teams to drive execution
- Build strong client relationships and resolve project issues
Skills
- • 8–15+ years of construction experience, including significant data center / mission-critical experience
- • Proven experience with a large General Contractor delivering complex projects
- • Strong understanding of MEP, structural, and civil construction
- • Proven ability to manage project financials, schedules, and subcontractors
- • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- • Experience delivering hyperscale or large-scale data center projects
- • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
