[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radiant Digital provides IT solutions and consulting services to government agencies and businesses across multiple industries and regions. The Project Manager will lead Medicaid-focused healthcare transformation initiatives, overseeing project planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, timelines, risks, deliverables, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Medicaid transformation projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Develop and implement business and operational processes
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and program requirements
Skills
- • 8+ years of Project Management experience
- • Experience with Medicaid or government-funded healthcare programs
- • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- • Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration, or a related field
- • PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma certification
- • Strong Medicaid domain knowledge
- • Healthcare transformation project experience
- • Experience supporting grant-funded initiatives
- • Experience working with government agencies and healthcare stakeholders
