[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee technical projects involving building automation, fire alarm, life safety, and electronic security systems, while mentoring staff, managing financial controls, and coordinating multiple projects with variable deliverables.
Skills
- College degree, trade school or equivalent experience 8+ years relevant engineering, field service or project management
- Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation
- 1 + Project Manager mentoring with at least 1 direct report
- Expert project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems)
- Advanced coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills; solid leadership orientation
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point skills; solid programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions
- Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principals
- Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control
- Able to manage multiple jobs up to $500K each with variable deliverables
- MUST have valid driver's license, reliable transportation
