[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GTN Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives from initiation through completion. The role is responsible for strategic project leadership, stakeholder and executive engagement, risk and change management, cross-functional team coordination, performance measurement, and reporting, with a focus on service transition, implementation, cybersecurity, financial institution, and AI projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, high-visibility projects from initiation to completion
- Align projects with client objectives and corporate strategy
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management
- Partner with client stakeholders and internal stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria
- Facilitate client facing project status meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and buy-in
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks
- Implement structured issue resolution and change management processes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, governance frameworks, and company policies
- Direct and coordinate project teams, ensuring accountability and high performance
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Track personal key project metrics (KPIs) to measure success
- Provide regular project updates to executives and stakeholders
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for future optimization
- Experience with Service Transition and/or Implementation projects
- Familiar with Cybersecurity, Financial Institution and AI projects and product scopes
Skills
- Experience with Service Transition and/or Implementation projects
- Familiar with Cybersecurity, Financial Institution and AI projects and product scopes
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives
- Deep expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, SAFe)
- Strong financial and budget management experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification preferred
