[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Allegiance Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction team working on hospitality, commercial and renovation projects across multiple markets. The role manages hospitality projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating project teams, schedules, budgets, documentation and client relationships while supporting multiple projects and traveling as required.
Responsibilities
- Managing hospitality projects from preconstruction through completion
- Working across hotels, restaurants, resorts and high-end residential
- Managing projects typically valued at $10M+
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, clients and design teams
- Managing schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals and change orders
- Supporting multiple projects and accounts
- Travelling to projects when required
Skills
- 8–10+ years of construction experience
- Strong hospitality construction background
- Experience with hotel, restaurant, resort or similar projects
- Strong project management and client-facing skills
- Stable employment history — ideally longer-term positions
- Comfortable working remotely and travelling when required
- Engineering/construction background preferred
