[Remote] Project/Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aditi Consulting is seeking a contract Project/Program Manager to drive internal initiatives and ensure cross-functional efforts are on track. This operationally focused role requires the ability to build structure around ambiguous goals and shepherd them to completion without heavy oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal PS initiatives end to end defining scope, milestones, owners, and timelines
- Maintain project plans, status reporting, and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into progress and risk
- Coordinate across PS delivery, operations, sales, and adjacent teams to remove blockers and keep work moving
- Run recurring program reviews and drive accountability on action items and deadlines
- Surface risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps early, with recommended paths forward
- Document processes and decisions so initiatives stay durable beyond any single effort
Skills
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or technology organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira) and the ability to translate data into clear status narratives
- PMP, Agile, or similar certification a plus but not required

- Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
