Remote Purchasing Manager

Join Our Team as a Purchasing Manager! House Buyers of America is on the hunt for an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead our contract bidding, management, and negotiations for home renovations.In this fully remote position, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing purchasing activities, developing detailed scopes of work, and building relationships with contractors and vendors.Your Responsibilities:Manage and bid out contracts, submit invoices, track project budgets, and collaborate with Field Managers to ensure contractor performance aligns with contracts.Negotiate costs effectively while sourcing innovative products to enhance the quality and visual appeal of renovations.Work closely with senior management to establish specification levels.Create comprehensive scopes of work and budgets for renovation projects.Lead the recruitment, training, and management of general contractors and subcontractors.Actively network and conduct outreach to recruit new contractors and vendor partnerships, ensuring they are registered before project commencement.About You:You bring 5years of purchasing experience from a major home building and remodeling firm.Your computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, are excellent.You possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher.Understanding and speaking some Spanish is a plus!
