[Remote] Python Full Stack Engineer (W2)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Reqroute, Inc is seeking a Python Full Stack Engineer for a remote contract role. The position focuses on developing scalable full stack applications, backend services with Python and/or TypeScript, React user interfaces, and cloud-native AWS solutions while collaborating across engineering teams and promoting software quality and performance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications
- Build and enhance backend services using Python and/or TypeScript
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React
- Design and support cloud-native solutions on AWS
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive best practices in software design, code quality, and system performance
Skills
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Python and/or TypeScript
- Hands-on expertise with AWS services and cloud architecture
- Advanced React development experience
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Agile methodologies
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or ELK
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and technical design experience
