Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AaraTech Inc is seeking a QA Analyst Retail & E-Commerce to support testing of ecommerce websites and retail applications. The role focuses on ensuring application quality, data accuracy, and a smooth customer experience by executing manual tests, validating workflows and data, tracking defects, and collaborating with Agile project teams.

Responsibilities

Execute manual test cases
Test ecommerce workflows and transactions
Log and track defects using JIRA
Support UAT and regression testing
Validate data and reports
Maintain test documentation
Collaborate with project teams

Skills

2-3 years of experience in QA or testing
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Experience with manual testing
Familiarity with JIRA
Basic SQL knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
