[Remote] Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Recruiter to identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates to support hiring needs. The role conducts targeted sourcing and outreach, evaluates resumes, maintains applicant tracking system records, and partners with recruiters on sourcing strategies and recruiting metrics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other recruiting tools to identify qualified candidates
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Perform initial candidate outreach through messaging, email, and networking efforts
- Review resumes and profiles to assess alignment with role requirements
- Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline progress to support recruiting metrics and reporting
- Research industry trends, talent markets, and competitor organizations to identify talent pools
- Support employer branding efforts by promoting opportunities and engaging passive candidates
- Assist recruiters with scheduling screenings or coordinating candidate communication as needed
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role
- Experience using LinkedIn or similar platforms to identify and engage candidates
