[Remote] Remote Account Representative

The Remote Account Representative will engage with prospective clients, understand their financial needs, present aligned solutions, support onboarding, maintain CRM records, and provide ongoing client service.
Responsibilities
- Connect with new and prospective clients through outreach and follow-ups
- Learn about each client’s financial goals and challenges
- Present solutions that align with their needs and objectives
- Assist clients through onboarding and product setup
- Maintain detailed client information and activity logs in CRM tools
- Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins and service updates
Skills
- High school diploma required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- A proactive, client-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, account support, or sales is a plus
