[Remote] Remote Customer Support Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. On-Board Services is an on-site contract service provider supporting a local manufacturing entity. The company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to support a 24/7 operation by handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat communications while working independently from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, cohesive, and professional emails and notes. Excellent grammar is critical, as employees may be assigned to the chat queue
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce and Maintenance Connection
• Ability to work independently from home in a professional, distraction-free environment
• Stable and reliable internet service with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps; this requirement is non-negotiable
• A dedicated home office space with a desk large enough to accommodate two 25-inch monitors and an ergonomically appropriate chair. The company will provide all other required equipment, including a laptop
• Ability to work any assigned shift, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Professional maturity, reliability, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
