Responsibilities
- Full product development lifecycle, from auditing existing design through implementation
- Architecture of new features on a live, high-traffic B2B platform
- Leading and mentoring a team of backend engineers building scalable services
- Security, data protection, and compliance best practices baked in, not bolted on
- Translating what cross-functional departments actually need into system reality
Skills
- BS or MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 7-8 years in design and product development, in a true B2B setting
- Fluency in C#, .NET, Node, and MS SQL Server
- Front end depth in React or Vue, TypeScript, and Bootstrap
- REST and GraphQL, Postgres patterns, NoSQL, Linux backend environments
- Serverless AWS and demonstrated CI/CD expertise
- Real UI / UX instincts. This product is judged on how it feels, not just whether it runs
- Someone who can talk to engineers and non-engineers with equal credibility
