The Opportunity As a Remote Representative, you will work 100% remotely to educate individuals and families about financial concepts and solutions. You will have the flexibility to build a part-time income stream or grow into a full-time career, depending on your goals. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and access to experienced brokers and business mentors. No prior financial experience is required—if you bring drive, integrity, and a passion for helping people, we will equip you with the tools and knowledge to succeed. What You'll Do - Engage with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and concerns and introduce them to basic financial concepts. - Educate clients on available financial strategies and services that can help them work toward financial security and independence. - Participate in group and one-on-one training sessions to build your financial knowledge, client communication skills, and leadership abilities. - Develop and manage a personalized schedule that aligns with your part-time or full-time career objectives. - Collaborate with mentors and experienced professionals to continuously improve your approach and grow your impact in the community. What Success Looks Like - Within your first few months, confidently explain key financial education concepts and how they can help clients address common financial challenges. - Build and maintain a growing base of clients who view you as a trusted resource for financial education and guidance. - Demonstrate consistent activity each week in outreach, client meetings, and follow-ups aligned with your income and career goals. - Show measurable progress in leadership development, including the ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute positively to the broader team. What We're Looking For - Ambitious, self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and genuine desire to help people. - Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, management, education, coaching, military, or athletics are a strong fit but not required. - 18 years or older, a U.S. citizen, and able to pass a background check. - Comfort working remotely, managing your own schedule, and engaging with people in a professional and empathetic manner.
