[Remote] Research Program Manager IV
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tailored Management is recruiting for a Research Program Manager IV to support the Participant Engagement team within Global Research Operations. The role implements operational systems, coordinates cross-functional activities, manages participant recruitment and vendor operations, maintains reporting and budgets, and resolves process and tooling issues in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting multiple programs with operational, administrative and reporting activities
- Supporting participant recruitment operations across various workflows
- Managing change management processes including scheduling trainings, updating tooling and documentation to keep training and team resources current
- Maintaining sandbox environments for testing and training
- Proactively identify opportunities and gaps within our recruiting tools and processes, and develop strategies to address them
- Providing consistent progress updates to the team, including triaging and managing tooling bug reports
- Participating in project meetings as necessary
- Team-wide metrics data collection and validation
- Managing purchase orders and supporting budget logistics
- Additional ad hoc project support as needed
- Managing relationships with external vendors including monitoring fund transfers and payments, coordinating platform feature requests, and escalating technical issues
- Partnering with internal stakeholders on fiscal planning activities
- Producing and validating monthly participant compensation and spend reports, including reconciling figures across platforms
Skills
- * 5+ years of experience working in a similar capacity
- * Prior experience working with User Experience Research or Design Operations
- * 3 Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
- * Proficiency with research management tools and platforms - Exp with RALLY PLATFORM for example; At least basic understanding of these tools or the usage
- * Background in user experience (UX) research or human-centered design
- * Experience in the technology industry - google MS, Meta etc
